Privacy notice

What we collect. Player form: parent/guardian name, email, phone, general area, each child's first name, age and soccer experience, training preferences and optional goals and pricing feedback. Coach form: name, email, phone, location, experience, certifications, availability and your responses. Student volunteer form: name, email, phone, high school, grade, age group, athletic background, availability, responses and, for volunteers under 18, a parent/guardian's contact details. Sponsor form: company, contact name, email, phone and sponsorship interests.

How we use it. Only to contact you about your inquiry and to plan training sessions. We do not sell your information, and we do not sign you up for marketing texts.

Electronic agreements. Each form also stores the signer's typed legal name, signature date, signer capacity, the exact agreement accepted and its version, and the submission timestamp. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign. These records are kept privately with your inquiry.

Who can see it. Submissions are stored privately and are only visible to authorized FC Riverstone administrators.

What we don't collect. We do not ask for birthdays, photos, medical details, Social Security numbers, ID documents or background-check records through these forms.

Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by replying to any message from us.
